I’ve been working on revamping site layouts for the Sygnus.org and Darkstar websites. Here’s the overview of the changes!
First, I decided I wanted to turn the Sygnus.org site back into a hub page for all the Sygnus projects, while still keeping the blogging capabilities. I’ve installed a new theme, similar to the Dreigiau remake, that allows me to do just that!
I’ve also seen quite a few new comments from folks who are reading through Darkstar lately, which made me realize how completely out of date that theme was. It didn’t support WordPress menus or nested replies, which made things a little funky when trying to have comment conversations. So, I went ahead and upgraded to a new theme and fixed the layout for each chapter picture, which were hard-coded in a funky way before WordPress had proper picture layout capabilities. You probably won’t notice that much of a difference, but I’m happy it’s done!
